You will need to have the Dispel VPN client installed, and have an offline profile to connect. If you do not have an offline profile, please contact your admin.

If you have not installed the Dispel VPN Client application, use the guide below to successfully download the Dispel VPN Client Application. ​

How to: Install and Connect with the Dispel VPN Client (Windows)

Open the Dispel VPN client and navigate to "Settings".

1. Open the Dispel VPN client and navigate to "Settings".
 
 
2. Enable <code>Offline Mode</code>.

Navigate to your offline profile and open it. If you do not have an offline profile, please reach out to your administrator.

You may now select your profile and connect with the <code>Connect</code> button!
